The Hotel Mediterraneo is located in the ancient, charming village of Amantea, a pictoresque seaside resort on the Tyrrhenian coast in the province of Cosenza also well-known for its clean sea water, its spectacular rock formations and the enchanting Isca and Coreca cliffs.
The building, an old aristocratic palazzo dating back mid- nineteenth century, has been carefully restored and enjoys a favourable geographic position, as it is close to the sea while still in the town centre.
The hotel has twenty-eight en-suite rooms all provided with telephone and colour satellite TV, air-conditioning, fridge bar, hairdryer and safe. Among the other facilities available to guests are the garden-park, bar and air-conditioned restaurant, cellar bar, internal car park, private beach, recreational activities and live music in the evening.
Organised tours in the summer allow guests to discover the Sila high plateau, the fascinating and famous Costa Viola and, finally, the nearby stupendous Aeolian Isles, thus making their stay even more dynamic and interesting.
